1. Acceptance

These terms apply from the moment you access the site or register for the waitlist. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service currently offers the following. Sales will begin only after a separate announcement; no payments or shipments occur before that.

• Information about the brand, ingredients, and technology
• Waitlist registration and launch notification by email
• Ambassador program application intake

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to anyone aged 14 or older. Children under 14 may not use the Service; we do not collect personal information from children.

4. Email communications

By joining the waitlist, you may receive the following emails. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such message.

• Registration confirmation and launch notification (required)
• Product news and ambassador updates (optional, with your consent)

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Register another person's email or personal information without permission
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (automated abuse, excessive requests, etc.)
• Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or public morals

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service (logos, marks, images, text, design) is owned by Plaspeau or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use it without our prior written consent.

7. Not medical advice

Information on this site about nitric oxide (NO), plasma technology, and clinical trial results is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. If you have skin concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages arising from force majeure or from causes attributable to the user. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by writing to hello@plaspeau.com. We may restrict or terminate your access, with prior notice, if you violate these terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved before the court of first instance having jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes adverse to users) via the site or email.
